Denise Anderson joined the Board in 2015. Passing the park at least twice a day, she appreciates all the hard work that has gone into improving the landscaping and looks forward to helping implement the next phases of the project. Denise has various non-profit experiences, including President of the Twin Cities Chapter of the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association and as a member of the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota Board and its audit committee.

Professionally, following her PhD Denise worked as a chemist and, after receiving an MBA, moved over into the world of finance. She grew up living on a farm, transitioned to a small town and then lived in a variety of cities (Baltimore, New York City and Zurich), leading to a broad perspective of the possibilities for green spaces like Triangle Park.
